2011

I don't know about the rest of the world but the whole idea of a resolution seems pretty stupid. Most of the time it's just something you wanted to do last year or years before but never got around to doing. So I guess I don't call the "new year" really "new" at all for me. I know I know, way to be positive about the new year. Hey don't get me wrong I'm not a pessimist I'm a realist. If your resolution is to hit the gym more but you said that last year then last year was really just a waste of time. If you're trying to "save money" and you're hittin the night life 3 times a week then what are you really doing? Oh my bad you're having fun so then you're whole "plan" doesn't really mean shit. Wanna travel more? GO TRAVEL THEN! Don't complain and make excuses for an entire year and then in the back of your mind go "well at least there's 2012." I'm not trying to point the finger cuz anyone who knows me knows I've said some things and never done them. I will continue to do that too. That's part of life though people and although this sentence may be contradictory to this entire post, DONT LET YOUR MISTAKES OR FAILURES hold you back...cuz guess what? 2011 is going to have its own mistakes and failures and so is 2012 and so is the rest of your life, you'll be fuckin up forever and we should be proud of that.

New Years Eve
I went to Vegas...again. I didn't drink at all, I didn't go to any clubs, and I didn't lose any money. For someone like me who goes for the gambling and the site seeing and the just general Vegas atmosphere, aside from the mass injection of alcohol, that's a successful new year and a successful Vegas trip. I love Vegas I would live there if I could and I would gamble probably every day. But see it's not gambling for me, I'm playing poker, specifically No Limit Hold Em. It's me versus the other players in the casino not the casino so it's not gambling like say pulling a slot machine or picking a number. I know what I got before I make the yes or no decision. Ahh poker, the greatest card game ever invented. There's so much too it and yes I played for 12 hours and didn't even do the countdown fireworks. I sat and drank my hot chocolate and my orange juice when the sun started coming up and I enjoy myself. So as a close for this whole 2011 shit, a saying that will eventually make it's way permanently on to my skin. J.ust E.njoy T.his S.hit! Happy new year people!
